Quick-Change Maintenance: Minimizing Downtime for Maximum Productivity
Solution: Designed for drawer-style removal. By simply opening the safety cover, the cutting block can be
easily slid out through the side groove for replacement. This eliminates the need for full machine disassembly.
Solution: The meat conveying unit is structurally separated from the main machine body to create a physical
gap, allowing for thorough water cleaning of the entire conveying section.
