In November 2023, The Master set out to redefine industry standards by asking: 'Why accept the complexity

of cleaning and maintenance?' We rejected the status quo of the meat processing industry.

After extensive R&D, we perfected a structural design that prevents contamination at its source and simplifies

hygiene management. We don’t just build machines; we provide the ultimate partnership in hygiene and

productivity.

Our Technology

Flawless Hygiene:

Featuring an IP-rated waterproof design and a patented detachable structure, our system allows for full

water wash-downs, completely preventing cross-contamination.


Overwhelming Speed:

Achieves a high-speed cutting rate of 250 cuts per minute, driven by stable and powerful torque.


Smart Maintenance:

Core components such as cutting boards and tensioners can be removed by loosening just a few bolts,

drastically reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).


HACCP Optimization:

The entire exterior is designed and manufactured with high-grade stainless steel to meet the highest HACCP

standards.

Greetings. I am the CEO of The Master Co., Ltd. Thank you sincerely for visiting our website.


For the past 25 years, I have been immersed in the heart of the machinery manufacturing industry.


My 10 years in general machinery and 15 years specializing in meat processing equipment have


been more than just a career; they have been a journey of discovering the true essence of this industry.



In particular, during my 15 years in the meat processing sector—starting as an A/S engineer and advancing


to technical sales—I stood on the front lines, listening to the invaluable feedback of our customers.


Behind the flashy technical specifications, the real challenges faced on-site were clear: "difficulty in hygiene


management" and "cumbersome maintenance." I often heard customers say, "The machine works well,


but cleaning it is a nightmare," or "Do I really have to disassemble the entire unit just to replace one part?"



Despite these urgent pleas from the field, it was never easy to drive fundamental change due to long-standing


industry practices and structural limitations. Instead of compromising and accepting that "this is just how


things are," I decided to personally create a "better standard that must exist." This resolve is what led to the

birth of The Master on November 1, 2023.



The Master starts from a different perspective. Before designing the machine itself, we first designed the


"most perfect cleaning process" and the "easiest maintenance." As a result, through our patented IP-rated


waterproofing technology and innovative modular separation structures, we have solved the chronic


challenges that the industry had left unaddressed.




Our mission is embedded in our name, 'The Master.' We strive to be true artisans in the meat processing

machinery field, providing our clients’ production lines with uncompromising hygiene and overwhelming


efficiency.
